A molded insert suspends and immobilizes a product so it survives drops and vibration with no movement inside the box. We build inserts from your CAD or a sample, in single- or multi-density layups tuned to fragility and weight.
EPS, polyurethane and polyethylene are available, with anti-static (ESD) foam for electronics and CNC-routed or die-cut cavities for precise fitment.
