Bubble-lined cushioned mailers that protect fragile and high-value goods in the parcel network — a padded, self-seal envelope in the full standard size run with poly, kraft and color-bubble facings.

Each mailer pairs a tough outer facing with an inner air-bubble lining that absorbs shock and abrasion, then closes with a self-adhesive peel-and-seal lip. Sizes run #000 (4 × 7") through #7 (14.25 × 19"), plus the #CD (7.25 × 7") for discs and small flat goods.
Choose the facing for your brand: white poly, natural kraft, white kraft, or color bubble in blue and pink. Bubble film is extruded in-house and converted on site. Item series are PBM (poly), KBM (kraft), WKB (white kraft) and BKB (natural kraft); all film and mailers are ASTM-compliant.
